Tacoma Lesotho Connection supports the following projects in Lesotho:
- Scholarships for students in Lesotho
- Building of the St. Camillus Center for Orphaned and Vulnerable Children
- Support of the St Camillus home based care project for people living with HIV/AIDS
- Building Lesotho Library Collections
- Support of the St. Clare Clinic, which offers low or no-cost care for those suffering from HIV/AIDS
